Bereits 10 cm unter der Abzugshaube saugt gar nichts mehr ab. Nichtmal Wasserdampf. Absolut lächerlich.
Kundendienst Null kulant. Klarstein taugt nichts.

The extractor hood is a joke. Looks good, nice lighting. Nothing more!!!! Even 10 cm below the extractor hood nothing is being extracted. Not even steam. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is not accommodating at all. Klarstein is no good.

Ho acquistato la cappa da circa un anno e devo dire che oltre a fare la sua figura a livello estetico è veramente efficace. Bello l’effetto delle luci a led. Unico difetto....solo un po’ rumorosa ma comunque più che tollerabile.

Reasonable price for a 90 cm wide hood, of good quality. Correct suction power with or without external extraction duct. Lighting under the hood works well. RGB LED was not a selection criterion but it is true that it is a + for the decoration of the kitchen.
